Service Levels

Setup and manage service levels in your business.

Enable Service Levels

  1. Click
    Menu
    then Business Settings.

Then find:

Toggle on by clicking the switch. Then go back to the top and click ‘Save’

Setup Service Levels

Click the Edit Service Levels Button.

This will open the Service Levels Sidebar:

Add the Service Level Name, The Lead Time and Check the Is Expedited if you want the ‘Expedited’ flag to be set on the Order as well as an Expedited Flag visible (and searchable) from the Orders screen.

You can set which is the default service level for orders by editing the row once it’s created, and selecting it as the default:
