Fulfillment Prioritization

Easily setup order priority fulfillment based on the Customer. You can assign a value to a Customer to be able to easily process orders for Customers that require higher priority. The flexiblity is that you can assign any priority level number to your customers and all Customers start with a priority of 0.

Setup Priority
  1. Click
    then Settings.
  2. Click Accounts
  3. Find ‘Has Account Priority’ and Toggle On the feature.
  4. Click at the top to show the feature.
Assign Priority
  1. Click
    then Users.
  2. Click your Account Designation (Customer, Retailer, Dealer, etc.) then click next to the Account you want to assign a priority to.
  3. Scroll down to Priority in the Sidebar.
  4. Click once done.
Using the Priority

From the Orders screen you will see a Priority Column now.

You typically want to filter based on the Order Status (Submitted, Confirmed, etc.) and then additionally sort the shown orders based on Priority by clicking the up/down arrows next to the Priority Label.

Now you have a list of Orders to process based on Priority.
