Creating an account in Orderwerks is very simple. Navigate to the account page with the designation you selected when onboarding (ie Retailer, Customer, etc.):
Once this has been selected, you are able to then click the Create button on the top left:
The sidebar opens up with the ability to fill in the details pertaining to the new account:
If you have any integrations that you need to connect this new record with, you’ll want to be sure that those are checked:
