Bulk Image Import

To perform a Bulk Image Import, find the ‘Upload’ button on the Catalogs screen, and select Bulk Image.

The requirements for the Bulk Image Import are as follows:

  • Must be a ZIP file.
  • All Images must have the name of the SKU for the product it’s for. Uppercase and/or lowercase make no difference.
  • You can have up to 4 images per catalog item, so as a result, if you want more than one you must append a dash and number afterwards, ie: ‘SKU-1, SKU-2, SKU-3, SKU-4’.
  • The only photo types that are supported are JPG, BMP and PNG.

Once you upload the file, the import is processed fairly quickly. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the process to fully complete. If 15 minutes go by and you don’t see the photos or have an issue please contact support.
